Kit List If your child is going away
then this list will tell you what they will need to take.

Contact Form This form needs to be filled
out for every camp or sleepover.

Form This will provide the leaders
with all the information they need about your child when they are away.
- Personal Information
(PI) Form This is the
form filled out when they first join.
- Gift Aid Please fill this in so that the group can benefit by claiming tax back from the Inland Revenue.
